The Scottish Graduate School of Social Science welcomes postgraduate research students to the following advanced training event:

Starting with engagement and impact in

Accounting and Finance doctoral research in Scotland

3 November 2015

You just started your PhD in Accounting or Finance at a Scottish University? This event will be a critical foundation to your studies so as to understand the importance of the engagement with the profession and consider the need for your research to be policy relevant and able to have an 'impact'™. Additionally, this event will promote the continuation of a well-established network in Scotland for advanced training and access to that training for all postgraduate researchers in Accounting and Finance. The sooner you embed these key elements in your research projects the higher the chances the final outcome of your PhD to have an impact.
