Associate Director (Interdisciplinarity and Advanced Training Lead)

SGSSS are looking for an Associate Director (Interdisciplinarity and Advanced Training Lead) to join the Scottish Graduate School of Social Science (SGSSS)

Purpose

As a member of the directorate you will take the lead promoting interdisciplinarity and delivering advanced training in partnership with our HEI partners across Scotland. This provides academic colleagues with an opportunity  a contribute to the on-going development of SGSSS, and the range of opportunities available to social science research students in Scotland. 

This 0.3 FTE position (institutional commitment from partner HEI to SGSSS) is open to permanent academic members of staff (Lecturer and above) at one of our partner HEIs, and is available from October 2018. It is anticipated that interviews will take place on Wednesday 8th August 2018 in Edinburgh.
