Roxana is an ESRC-funded first year PhD candidate at the University of Glasgow. Her area of research is Human Resource Management, and she is specifically looking at the value of rewards in organisational settings and the impact of rewards on motivation. At the moment, she is at the early stages of working on her literature review, seeking to explore the inconsistencies in the literature regarding the definition and measurement of the ‘reward value’ construct.
