RilleRille Raaper

Rille is a PhD student at the School of Education, at the University of Glasgow. Rille is researching in the area of student assessment in a neoliberal higher education context. The research explores meanings and functions of student assessment in the changing university contexts. The research includes teaching staff, students and policies from the University of Glasgow and Tallinn University. Rille studied for her Master of Arts in Adult Education in Tallinn University, Estonia, and she was also a visiting student on the MSc programme Teaching Adults in the University of Glasgow. Prior to her PhD studies, Rille worked as an adult education specialist for the European Lifelong Learning Programme in the National Agency of Estonia. Rille is the University of Glasgow student representative on the SGSSS Supervisory Board.
